Apex helps reduce the administrative work around finding, reviewing, negotiating and moving freight while the carrier keeps final control of every load decision.
Apex can search, communicate and negotiate on the carrier's behalf, but presented freight is not a forced booking. The carrier approves or passes based on the actual opportunity.
Broker, carrier or insurance information should not be shown as verified unless Apex has supporting evidence. Missing information remains unknown rather than being converted into a false negative.
