Build the carrier and truck profile
Apex starts with the carrier's MC or USDOT identifier, equipment, current position, preferred lanes, home-time needs, rate targets and other operating preferences.
How Apex works
Apex moves from carrier and truck context through freight search, opportunity review, carrier approval, booking support and trip follow-through without taking the final operating decision away from the carrier.
Apex starts with the carrier's MC or USDOT identifier, equipment, current position, preferred lanes, home-time needs, rate targets and other operating preferences.
The search should be shaped by the truck that is actually available, not by a generic list of freight. Unknown or unverified carrier data remains explicitly unknown until reviewed.
Apex can contact brokers, gather relevant details and negotiate where possible before the carrier makes the final decision.
When suitable options exist, the carrier should be able to compare the important details—route, miles, rate, pickup timing, equipment fit and other relevant operating information.
Apex does not convert a presented load into a forced booking. The carrier decides whether to accept the opportunity.
For an approved load, Apex can coordinate broker setup, rate confirmation, trip communication and dispatch paperwork according to the service arrangement.
