Getting started

Know what Apex asks for before you contact us.

Apex's public intake is intentionally simple. It starts with contact details and enough operating context to understand the truck, equipment, fleet size, lanes, and current needs.

Current public intake

What to have ready.

These fields come directly from Apex's current website intake flow. Additional information may be discussed later if both sides decide to proceed.

Full name

Who Apex should speak with about the operation.

02

Phone number

The direct number Apex can use to follow up.

03

Optional on the current public intake form.

05

Equipment type

Dry van, flatbed/stepdeck, reefer, power only, or box truck/hotshot.

Fleet size

The current public form asks whether the operation has 1 truck, 2-5, 6-10, or 11+ trucks.

After the form

What happens next.

  • Apex receives the public intake request.
  • A dispatcher follows up using the contact information provided.
  • The carrier and dispatcher discuss equipment, lanes, home time, availability, and goals.
  • If both sides want to proceed, the service agreement and final operating terms should be reviewed before work begins.
